We are looking for a Client Success & Intake Coordinator to be the first voice many potential clients hear when they reach out to our firm. In family law matters especially, people are often calling during one of the most stressful and emotional periods of their lives. Your ability to listen, show empathy, and guide them toward the next step can make a tremendous difference.
This role blends client service, relationship building, and consultative communication. Your mission is to ensure every potential client feels heard, supported, and confident taking the next step with our firm.
This is not cold calling. All conversations are warm inbound leads from people actively seeking legal help.

As part of our team, you will play a critical role in creating the first impression and the first relationship potential clients have with our firm.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the First Point of Contact for Potential Clients
- Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking help with family law matters and ensure every interaction is professional, compassionate, and solution-oriented.
- Many callers are dealing with sensitive personal situations. Your ability to listen actively and respond with empathy is essential.
- Guide Conversations Toward the Next Step
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand the caller’s situation and help determine the appropriate next step, whether that is:
- Hiring the firm
- Scheduling a consultation with an attorney
- Gathering additional information
- Manage a High Volume of Calls
- Handle multiple inbound inquiries throughout the day while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Capture and Document Information
- Accurately collect and record potential client information in our intake systems so attorneys and staff have everything needed to move forward.
- Return missed calls and follow up with potential clients to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate Consultations
- Schedule consultations with attorneys and ensure clients are properly prepared for their meetings.
Who You Are
You may come from customer service, hospitality, call centers, inside sales, client success, or business development roles.
You succeed in this role if you are:

- You take pride in helping convert potential clients into actual clients by building trust and delivering an excellent experience.
Experience (Not Required)
Experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required:
- Inside sales (SDR / BDR roles)
- Call center environments
- Hospitality or service industry roles
- Client success or account management
- Legal intake or law firm experience
We care more about communication skills, emotional intelligence, and work ethic than legal background.
