Full Job Description

The Business Systems & Data Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization, and governance of Liberty Disposal Inc.’s core business systems, with primary responsibility for RAMS. This position leads data integrity initiatives, reporting and analytics, auditing, software support, process standardization, user training, and cross-functional projects to ensure accurate billing, reliable operational data, and consistent business practices across all company locations.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Software & Business Process Management

Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for RAMS across all operating locations.
Configure, maintain, and improve workflows supporting billing, routing, customer management, reporting, and operations.
Coordinate system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and user adoption initiatives.

Data Integrity, Auditing & Financial Controls

Ensure accuracy and consistency of billing, pricing, routing, customer, inventory, and operational data.
Develop and execute audit procedures to identify errors, compliance concerns, revenue leakage, and process gaps.
Establish and maintain company-wide data governance standards.

Cross-Functional Project Leadership

Lead software implementations, process improvement initiatives, and operational change management projects.
Coordinate efforts between Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
Manage project timelines, priorities, training programs, and deliverables.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence

Develop dashboards, reporting tools, KPIs, and operational metrics.
Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.

User Support, Training & Documentation

Provide advanced application support and troubleshooting.
Develop SOPs, training materials, and knowledge resources.
Train end users and drive adoption of best practices.

Operational & Executive Team Support

Provide strategic administrative and operational support to Executive Leadership and field operations teams by coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, managing project follow-up, tracking key initiatives, facilitating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the timely execution of operational priorities, business objectives, and company-wide strategic initiatives.
Assist Executive Leadership with calendar coordination, travel planning, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions to ensure effective time management and execution of key business priorities.
Prepare and maintain executive reports, board materials, operational scorecards, and presentation decks while ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely distribution of information across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in business systems administration, data governance, analytics, operations, or project management.
Experience with ERP, routing, billing, or waste industry software platforms preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
