Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operators to join our dynamic team.

Location/Schedule: Macon, GA / 1st shift

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Select and install appropriate tooling and dies for each job.
Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues related to production and machinery.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete production reports and documentation accurately.

Who You Are:

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of press brake machinery and tooling.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and measurements with precision.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties.
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
