Competitive Pay Structures earn up to $10,000 in bonuses. Range varies based on experience and location.
Total compensation of $85,000-$100,000.
Work-life balance. No evening or weekend hours.
High clinical quality with manageable case load. Consistent emphasis on clinical quality through support and clinical decision models.

Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig

As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:

Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
Conduct functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
Support clients and families to ensure client success
Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
Teach adaptive life skills
Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients
