Job Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Line Operator, where your energy and precision will drive the creation of high-quality products. In this role, you'll be an essential part of a fast-paced environment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Your hands-on expertise will help maintain the integrity of our manufacturing operations while adhering to strict regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in industrial equipment, packaging, and materials handling within a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, including packaging machinery and industrial tools, to ensure optimal performance.
Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a compliant and safe work environment.
Interpret production documents such as work orders, process sheets, and quality control records to accurately execute tasks.
Perform mechanical troubleshooting on equipment issues using hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge to minimize downtime.
Handle materials using proper materials handling equipment, including forklifts when certified, ensuring safe movement within the warehouse or production area.
Conduct heavy lifting and assembly tasks as required, maintaining safety standards in all physical activities.
Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, managing packaging supplies, and ensuring proper storage of finished goods.

Requirements

Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment with familiarity in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and FDA regulations.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes including packaging, assembly, and materials handling techniques.
Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience operating hand tools and industrial equipment maintenance.
Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality checks.
Certification or experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts is preferred; must adhere to safety protocol standards at all times.
Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
