We're seeking a highly capable Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting a team of professionals, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll help deliver an exceptional experience for both our clients and our professionals by:

Preparing and assembling tax returns, financial statements, and client deliverables
Formatting and proofreading reports, correspondence, and other professional documents
Supporting partners, managers, and accounting professionals with administrative needs
Managing electronic files, workflow systems, document scanning, and recordkeeping
Coordinating client signatures and secure document delivery through digital platforms
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and client communications
Maintaining organized files, databases, and administrative processes
Answering and directing calls professionally as needed
Assisting with special projects and firm initiatives
Supporting our team during busy tax and audit seasons

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in public accounting, financial services, legal, banking, or other professional services firms
Associate or bachelor’s degree
Experience with document management systems, workflow software, Adobe Acrobat, or client portals
