Executive Assistant | Be the Right Hand to a High-Performing Law Firm

We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support the owner of one of Georgia's highly respected and growing personal injury law firms, known for helping injury victims secure millions in compensation while delivering an exceptional client experience.

This is more than a traditional EA role—you'll become a trusted partner who helps keep the business, the office, and the executive running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage calendars, schedules, travel, and executive priorities
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and coordinate office meetings
Keep projects, deadlines, and administrative initiatives on track
Coordinate client appreciation gifts, welcome boxes, and hospitality initiatives
Plan office events, community activities, networking opportunities, and referral events
Assist with light social media content by capturing photos and videos during firm events
Help organize internal communication, office reminders, and team coordination
Support business growth initiatives, special projects, and executive priorities

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar administrative role
Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Takes initiative and enjoys figuring things out independently
Knows when to make decisions and when to ask for guidance
Can confidently juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the details
Communicates professionally with executives, clients, vendors, and team members
Enjoys planning events, coordinating logistics, and creating memorable experiences
Is resourceful, dependable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
