Reporting to a senior HR leader such as the Director of Total Rewards or Chief Human Resources Officer, the Manager of Compensation will lead compensation strategy and operations while partnering with friendly nurses, clinical leaders, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and a diverse interprofessional team; responsibilities for the Manager of Compensation include job architecture and leveling, annual merit and incentive cycles, market assessments, pay transparency and FLSA compliance, HRIS/comp system optimization, dashboarding and analytics, and education for leaders on pay practices—supported by skilled analysts and collaborative stakeholders who value service, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the hospital.
