Position Overview

We are currently building a caregiver team of dependable, compassionate Home Care Aides (HCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for current and future client placements.

This role involves providing non-medical in-home care to clients who need assistance with daily activities while maintaining dignity, safety, and independence.

Entry-level caregivers are welcome. We provide training and support for those who are motivated and committed to quality care.

What You’ll Do

Depending on client needs, duties may include:

Personal Care & Assistance

Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
Mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
Assistance with self-administered medications (reminders only)

Home Support

Light housekeeping and laundry
Meal preparation and hydration support
Grocery shopping and errands

Companionship & Support

Meaningful conversation and engagement
Emotional support and companionship
Observing and reporting changes in condition

Transportation (when applicable)

Driving or accompanying clients to appointments or errands

Requirements

HCA or CNA (or willing to complete HCA registration promptly)
Ability to pass Live Scan background check (CDSS)
TB clearance
CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
Reliable transportation
Willingness to complete required training

Entry-level applicants are welcome if they demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
