Full Job Description

Seeking a FT Paralegal for a northwest Fresno law firm. Wills/Trust & Probate experience required. Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

*Calendar scheduling, maintenance and management

*File maintenance and management

*Transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting letters, pleadings and other legal documents

*Coordinate case preparation

Requirements:

*Detail oriented

*Extremely organized

*Self-starter

*Ability to multi-task

*Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills

*Proficient in Microsoft Office

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Minimum 50 wpm

Compensation dependent on experience. Medical benefits, Flexible Spending Account, paid vacation and sick time included.
