Full Job Description

This job is located in Madera, CA.

SUMMARY

MIS/Materials Manager oversees all IT/IS systems as well as all inventory. Analyzes the business requirements

to determine business-concerned problems and recommends solutions. Develops and delivers systems through

hardware and software and seeks business opportunities that help in development of technical specifications.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gather information; evaluate output
requirements and formats.
Oversees Shipping/Receiving and Warehouse functions and staff
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports;
recommending actions.
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures. ,
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and training for users as
needed
Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential and secure where
required.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices;
participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Review and enforce the Company’s food safety, quality and regulatory standards.
Other duties as assigned
Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst with demonstrated expertise in business
analysis and in creating business analysis work products (e.g., business requirements, functional
requirements, use cases, business process models, requirement traceability matrices).
Develop and support Business Applications for RRNC in various areas such as: Shipping, Bagging,
Finance, QA, R&D, Production Planning and Purchasing.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork with a customer service orientation.
Strong process knowledge of business and systems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite.
Requires basic project management skills to manage time and activities in all projects and tasks.
Requires excellent negotiation, listening and presentation skills.
Requires strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate and build
relationships cross-functionally.
Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner
