Job Summary
We’re looking for friendly, motivated Crew Members to join our team at Zaxby’s Madison HWY 72. As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of our brand—delivering great food and exceptional service with a smile. This role is perfect for those who thrive in lively settings, enjoy working with others, and want to develop their skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations. If you’re eager to learn and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Duties

Prepare and assemble menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations.
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items.
Handle cash transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities.
Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and inventory management.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
