What You’ll Do

As an IT Support Associate, you’ll help our clients stay productive, secure, and confident in their technology by:

· Providing exceptional remote and onsite technical support

· Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and cloud environments

· Managing and maintaining client IT infrastructure

· Assessing client technology needs and recommending practical solutions

· Deploying new hardware, software, and technology upgrades

· Supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

· Diagnosing and resolving networking, connectivity, and security issues

· Documenting work clearly and accurately within our ticketing system

· Building trusted relationships through responsive, friendly, and professional service

What You’ll Bring - Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required

· At least 1 year of professional IT support experience or equivalent hands-on business technology experience

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Office suite

· Experience supporting Windows and macOS computers

· Experience configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment

· Familiarity with backup solutions, VPNs, remote management (RMM), and common IT support tools

· Experience working with a professional ticketing platform such as ConnectWise

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

· Windows Server

· Active Directory

· DNS

· Group Policy

· Virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware)

· Remote Desktop / Terminal Services

· Microsoft Azure

· Cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint security, encryption, and web filtering

· Project implementation or project management
