Central Portfolio Control (CPC) is looking for experienced, motivated Third-Party Debt Collectors who know how to have productive conversations, overcome objections, and deliver results while treating every consumer with professionalism and respect.

Competitive Pay + Uncapped Commission

$20.00–$24.00 per hour + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 90 & 180 days)

What You’ll Do

As a Third-Party Debt Collector, you will:

· Contact consumers by phone to discuss outstanding accounts

· Use effective communication and negotiation skills to identify appropriate resolutions

· Work toward individual and team performance goals

· Handle challenging conversations professionally and confidently

· Maintain accurate account documentation

· Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements

· Protect consumer information and maintain confidentiality

· Create positive outcomes while balancing strong collection performance with exceptional professionalism

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced collectors who want to perform at a high level.

Qualified candidates will have:

· 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections

· Confidence handling difficult or challenging conversations

· Strong attendance and reliability

· Excellent time-management and organizational skills

· A professional, positive attitude

· The ability to work independently while contributing to a team

· A strong work ethic and a competitive mindset

· High school diploma or GED

In-office Monday–Friday availability is required.
