Social Media Intern — Atmospheric Floral

Location: In-person Madison, WI Type: Temporary Seasonal with potential for longer term

About Atmospheric Floral

Atmospheric Floral is a floral and event design studio known for creating immersive, atmospheric environments through floral installations, draping, and thoughtfully designed event experiences. We work closely with clients to bring a visionary, intuitive design approach to every project — from intimate gatherings to large-scale event installations. We're growing our creative team and looking for someone to help capture and share the behind-the-scenes magic of our studio work.

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to help tell Atmospheric Floral's story through short-form video, photography, and graphic design. You'll work in-person at our studio, capturing content during installs, client work, and day-to-day studio life, then turning that footage into engaging content for Instagram and YouTube. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves visual storytelling and wants real experience building a brand's social presence from the ground up.

Required Qualifications

Experience in visual storytelling with videography, social media, and graphic design
Experience writing, filming, and editing short-form videos
Experience with YouTube and Instagram platforms and tools
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics
Experience working in team environments
At least six months of marketing or communications-related experience (internships, part-time work, or full-time employment in a marketing/communications role)

Education

Associate's degree or Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
