Bridal Stylist – Verona, WI
Guaranteed 32 Hours/Week | Weekends Required

At Charlotte’s Bridal, we don’t just help brides find dresses—we help them step into one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. Our Bridal Stylists are at the heart of this experience, creating magic, offering guidance, and celebrating love in all its forms.

We’re currently looking for passionate, people-loving individuals to join our Verona team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, emotionally rich environment and is excited by the idea of connecting with brides and their loved ones on such a personal level.

This position guarantees 32 hours per week, with shifts based on our customers' needs. Weekend availability is required, as Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest and most meaningful days. Please review our weekend hours before applying.

You’ll have the opportunity to style brides, assist with tuxedos and suits, contribute to social media content, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service from the moment a customer walks in the door to the moment they walk out with “the one.” If you're a confident communicator, a team player, and someone who finds joy in helping others shine—this might just be your dream job.

A Day in the Life:

Work 1:1 with brides to guide them through their dress journey
Greet and assist customers as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting experience from the start
Rotate through front desk duties—answering phones, responding to inquiries, and booking appointments with care and efficiency
Call and follow up with bridal leads, checking in with customers and guiding them through their next steps
Provide thoughtful, timely post-appointment follow-ups to maintain relationships and support ongoing decisions
Assist with tuxedo and suit fittings, pick-ups, and maintaining a clean, organized menswear inventory
Keep the shop looking beautiful—cleaning fitting rooms, straightening gowns, and ensuring the entire space is tidy and guest-ready
Be a team player: support coworkers, share laughs, and help create an uplifting environment
Participate in behind-the-scenes content creation for social media—whether that’s snapping photos, filming try-ons, or sharing the excitement of a “yes” moment
Actively listen, confidently guide customers, and make each person feel seen, heard, and celebrated
