Residential Technician

As a Residential Technician, you’ll help assemble residential ERV units that directly improve indoor air quality while supporting faster lead times and exceptional customer outcomes.

Optional Schedule

Four 10 hour days (Friday afternoons off!)
Five 8 hour days Monday – Friday

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As a Residential Technician, you’ll assemble ERV units and accessories with accuracy and efficiency while contributing to a safe, positive, and team-oriented production environment.

Assemble residential ERV units accurately and within established lead times
Inspect work to ensure quality standards and procedures are met
Use hand and light power tools safely and effectively
Apply job knowledge throughout the entire build process
Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates
Take initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements
Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Be reliable, punctual, and fully engaged during scheduled work hours

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of relevant experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform basic math and read measurements (inches and feet)
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance and punctuality

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving subassembly parts and fumes or airborne particles. The facility is equipped with noise control measures, resulting in minimal distractions and a steady work atmosphere.
