Full Job Description

Immediate hiring for Dental Hygienist for 2-3 Days

PART-TIME POSITION!

Monday, Tuesday and potentially Thursday

Starting Pay $47.00-52.00/hour. Increases based on chairside skills like scanning and SDF/curodont.

Looking to decrease your days in the office to part-time? We can do that for you!

Great Day Dental is looking for a hygienist for our fun-loving team. We have 2 offices on East side Madison and you would be working in the Broadway location site only,

Our hygienists work closely with our doctor to create an oral care plan for each patient and our patients love us for that!

COMMUNICATION matters to us!!
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, flexible, honest and demonstrate great communication and technical skills. A desire to promote oral health and treat periodontal disease is a must; as is the desire to work in a team environment.

About You

As a Dental Hygienist, you should be reliable and able to build trust with patients of all ages. You should have deep knowledge of relevant health and safety rules and a good eye for oral diseases and anomalies. If you also have a gentle hand and great chairside manner, we’d like to meet you.

Job Duties

Sterilize dental instruments properly
Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
Apply sealants and fluorides to help protect teeth.
Take dental digital x rays.
Assess patients' oral health and report findings to dentists.
Document patient care and treatment plans.
Cleaning and helping protect patients’ teeth (Fluoride, SDF, Curodont)
Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth-including SRPS
Monitor supplies
Educating patients of all ages on proper teeth care
Use of laser is encouraged.

Requirements:
Dental Hygiene License

Current CPR license.
