Full Job Description

Position Summary

Coordinates logistics for conferences, webinars, and meetings while ensuring an outstanding attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

Registration setup.
Speaker coordination.
Venue communication.
Timeline tracking.

Event Delivery

Support onsite logistics.
Manage attendee communications.
Coordinate vendors.

Post Event

Collect evaluations.
Compile reports.
Maintain event documentation.

Required Qualifications

2+ years meeting or event experience.
Excellent organization.
Ability to travel occasionally.
