Position Details

Position: RN Manager – Assisted Living
Location: Middleton, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to $97,000 annually| Weekly Pay
Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
13-Week Contract with Extension Opportunities (if applicable)

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the nursing department.
Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.
Monitor staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance to maintain quality standards.
Assist with staff education, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Respond to clinical concerns and provide leadership during resident care situations.
Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork, resident satisfaction, and high-quality care.
Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory survey readiness.

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact Nursing License
Previous Assisted Living/ or Skilled Nursing leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Assisted Living regulations and clinical best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and develop nursing staff
Resident-focused with a commitment to quality care and continuous improvement
