Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1.Manages internal projects

Budget as detailed in Impact section Very large/ complex/ multiple regions or global.

Typically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors’ vision of an end-state transformation High/ very highrisk.
2.Manages project financials including business impact
-
Meets or exceeds approved budgets.

Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
3.Manages stakeholder relationships
-
Manages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.
4. Manages project team
-
Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple regions.

Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors.

Mentors others providing a role model and support for individual development .
Education and Experience:
-
Advanced University degree.
-
10+ years in like in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services’ operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to projectmanagement.

Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
-
Recognized as a leader in the Services PM Profession community.

PMP Certified.
Impact/Scope:

Contributions have major impact on the company's business (Cost, Efficiency, TCE) generally $7- 20M and/or internalproject budget over $5M.

Typically involves high degree of transformation, (e.g., mergers, divestitures & acquisitions).

Impact is evidenced by multiple contributions over time and performance demonstrates sustained level of contribution .
