Join AMA LTC, as the Admissions and Marketing Director for Northeast, Ohio.

Travel required between the locations is required

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Admissions and Marketing Director to lead our outreach, enrollment, and brand development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing management, digital marketing, and team leadership, with a proven ability to develop innovative campaigns that attract prospective students or clients. This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of managing multiple channels of communication, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating across departments to enhance visibility and engagement. The Admissions and Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the institution’s reputation, driving demand generation marketing initiatives, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives, including multichannel marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and advertising platforms.
Lead the creation and execution of content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content production using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Manage advertising sales efforts by creating compelling advertising campaigns and fostering relationships with external partners to maximize outreach opportunities.
Oversee the management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline communication workflows and enhance targeted outreach efforts.
Utilize web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and optimize marketing tactics for improved results.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales teams, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency.
Supervise social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and other social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Lead a team of marketing professionals by providing mentorship, setting performance goals, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing management with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and performance marketing strategies.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, and web development tools for content management and design purposes.
Demonstrated success in managing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other digital channels.
Extensive knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) along with CRM system proficiency for targeted outreach and demand generation marketing.
Experience in managing advertising sales initiatives with a focus on print advertising, Google AdWords campaigns, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent copywriting skills combined with research capabilities to craft compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams involved in marketing, advertising, or public relations functions.
Analytical mindset with expertise in web analytics reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools to inform data-driven decision making.
