Trampoline & Tumbling Coach
Looking for a flexible part-time job that is active, rewarding, and genuinely fun? Gymfinity is hiring energetic and dependable coaches to teach trampoline and tumbling classes at our Fitchburg facility.
Our Trampoline & Tumbling program helps athletes build strength, coordination, body control, confidence, and skills on the trampoline, tumble track, floor, and other specialized equipment. You will have the opportunity to help kids learn new skills, reach their goals, and feel proud of their progress.
We are looking for positive people who enjoy working with children and creating a safe, encouraging, and fun learning environment.
Previous gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, cheerleading, dance, or coaching experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. More experienced coaches may also have opportunities to work with advanced athletes or competitive teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fun, energetic, positive, and reliable team members
- Experience working with children
- A background in gymnastics, trampoline, tumbling, cheerleading, dance, or athletics is preferred
- Ability to confidently lead groups and communicate with athletes and families
- Willingness to learn Gymfinity’s curriculum, safety standards, and coaching techniques
- Availability to work at least two to three weeknights after 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday morning availability is strongly preferred
- Interest in working approximately 10–15 hours per week, with additional hours potentially available
- Commitment to maintaining a consistent weekly schedule
What You’ll Do:
- Teach trampoline and tumbling skills in a safe, progressive, and encouraging manner
- Lead warmups, drills, stations, skill progressions, and conditioning activities
- Help athletes improve strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and body awareness
- Create classes that are structured, engaging, and fun
- Adapt instruction to meet the needs and skill levels of individual athletes
- Provide positive feedback and encouragement
- Maintain a safe and organized class environment
- Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, coworkers, and program leaders
- Participate in training and ongoing coach development
- Assist with other Gymfinity programs or events when interested and available

Classes are primarily offered between 4:00 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday and on Saturday mornings.
