Full Job Description

We are looking for people with great personality to join our team! We want motivated, creative and hard-working individuals to help us maintain our great reputation in Madison. Our staff is guaranteed two days off each week, as we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Benefits for full-time employees after 6 months include: health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.

We are an upscale-casual restaurant with a Contemporary American menu. Our menu features Contemporary American Cuisine and we are a scratch kitchen, meaning we make everything in house and for our guests order.

We pride ourselves on sourcing locally and sustainably and strive to always offer highest quality of ingredients with the best value. We are always looking for fun, hardworking and creative individuals, so there is a lot of room for creativity and growth here!

Our top servers also have the opportunity to work special events, which are typically great money and a way to meet wonderful people.

A daily routine for our server is to double check their section is cleaned and turned once they arrive, cater to guests during peak times, and then make sure the restaurant is stocked for the next shift with assigned closing duties. Closing duties are typically fairly easy compared to most restaurants.

- Must be able to work a variety of daytime/nighttime shifts.

- Must be able to work a mixture of day/night shifts during the week and weekends are required.

- 6 months serving experience preferred.

- Complete daily/weekly tasks assigned by owners.

- Fill in for vacant shifts as needed.

- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced and slow-paced environment.

- Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time.

- Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic math skills.

- Ability to work effectively on your own and within a team.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

- Continuous use of hands and arms.
