Full Job Description

Growing Direct Primary Care practice of eight physicians is looking to add two more Family Medicine doctors to join our 4 clinic practice in Madison/Middleton/Fitchburg/Janesville WI. Direct Primary Care means you would typically see 6-7 patients per day .

Start off part time working 2.5-3 days per weeks. Salary guarantee as you build your panel. When Full time work around 3.5 - 4 days per week . When reach full panel of 500-700 patients your salary would be $200,000-300,000 depending on size of your panel (which is up to you) .

Hour-long visits, time to do procedures, time to really develop that doctor-patient relationship. We currently have clinics in East Madison, Middleton, and Janesville. Great work environment, collegial team, incredible work-life balance. No more headaches of dealing with hours of charting, insurance prior-auths, administrative barrier to care that you deal with in large health systems.

Physician owned and operated. Best of both worlds- all the benefits of a Direct Primary Care doctor but none of the headaches of having to run your own business.
