Full Job Description

Quincy Bioscience (QB), a biotechnology company headquartered in Middleton, WI is searching for an Omnichannel Operations Manager - located in Middleton, WI or Plano, TX. This Omnichannel Operations Manager is responsible for facilitating and supporting sales activities of our QB’s flagship product, Prevagen, the #1 selling supplement in drug stores nationwide †.

QB offers a comfortable work environment with a combination of office and at-home work. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday and primary duties include operationalizing activities pertaining to our Ecommerce sales, both nationally and internationally. Maintain all applicable databases, communicate issues, and monitor customer feedback and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, hardworking, high energy, self-motivated, and committed to performing the following:

Manage overall day-to-day E-Commerce operations to achieve desired sales objectives, goals and budgets
Ensure that the store’s E-Commerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping, leading to consumer satisfaction and repeat sales
Meet the demands of product flow and create schedules according to sales forecasts
Coordinate planning, implementation and execution of E-Commerce initiatives
Oversee performance of various e-commerce sales channels, propose, and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
Assist in the analysis and response to the competitive landscape
Develop strategies and tactics to creatively solve problems
Provide feedback to store management team on the effectiveness of operational programs
Coordinate efforts of Warehouse and Distribution team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders
Participate in business planning sessions by engaging a cross functional team, as appropriate
Integrate and analyze multiple data sources to create selling strategies and programs that deliver win-win outcomes through innovation and collaboration
Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) across all e-sales channels through data analytics, and provide recommendations for improvement

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business or life science field. 2-5 years prior customer relations or sales experience. 1-2 years hands on working experience with E-commerce marketplace platforms.
