We are continuing to expand our leadership team as our agency grows throughout the Taylorsville, Utah area. With nearly a decade of consistent growth and multiple record-setting years, we’re looking to add motivated individuals who want to be part of our next phase of expansion. We are hiring full-time Benefit Specialist role with clear opportunities for advancement into leadership.

No prior industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, proven systems, and one-on-one mentorship designed to support your development from day one. You’ll work closely with an experienced mentor who is fully invested in helping you build confidence, skills, and long-term success.

Our team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values performance, accountability, and culture — and we genuinely enjoy the work we do together. While having a state life or health license can be helpful, it is not required to be considered for this opportunity, and guidance is provided throughout the onboarding process.

What you can expect:

As a Benefits Specialist / Contractor, you’ll use our lead and appointment system to meet directly with business owners and decision-makers. These in-person meetings focus on presenting benefit solutions available to their teams. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our offerings are well-established, differentiated within the market, and highly regarded in the communities we support.

How you are compensated:

Account Representatives typically earn around $50,000 in their first year, with management-level roles averaging $90,000 or more annually. This position offers multiple growth paths, including advancement into leadership and long-term business ownership opportunities. As you build and manage your own client accounts, you’ll develop lasting professional relationships that provide ongoing income potential over time. Performance is rewarded through both upfront earnings and continued compensation tied to the accounts you maintain.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Motivated and coachable
Licensed insurance agents a plus - Life and Health insurance license
Have leadership ability
Two (2) to three (3) years of sales experience with thorough knowledge of sales techniques.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical journals or governmental regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to create, design and implement solutions to general and customer specific problems.
Ability to self-direct various assigned initiatives and to work under limited supervision.

Working Conditions:

Work involves extended periods of driving resulting in exposure to high vehicle traffic and extended periods of sitting.
Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions of heat, cold and humidity.
Noise level is usually moderate but can become loud.
