Full Job Description

Position Overview Working within our Team you will be expected to market, educate, and help families understand their insurance needs more completely. You should have a strong desire to help clients while making a competitive income. We are a growing organization so there are always opportunities for growth within the company. I look for honest, hard working, good people to be apart of our team.
Full-Time Base plus Commission, Bonus
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Self-motivated
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Experience in marketing
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
