As an Optician, you will be an essential part of an outstanding team, seamlessly taking customers through the process of selecting and ordering eyewear and accessories that best suit them, assisting with fitting, and providing education on the proper care for their chosen products — all within a fun and upbeat environment.

Benefits:

Starting Salary: $18 to $20 per hour, with potential for a salary review after 3 months
We close at 2:00 p.m. EVERY Friday!
Weekends off - Clinic closed on Saturday & Sunday
Production Bonus eligibility after 3 months
Major Medical/Dental Insurance eligibility after 3 months
401K matching plan eligibility after 1 year of successful employment
Paid Vacation and all Federal Holidays
Health Allowance benefits up to $1200 per 12 months, accrued at $100 per month post-probation

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an eye clinic or medical clinic setting
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with cash handling and electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to commute to work within 20-30 minutes
