Key Responsibilities

As a Coach, your primary goal is to deliver exceptional client experiences while contributing to the overall success of Spurling Fitness. Your responsibilities will include:

Coaching and Client Success

Lead 30 small group or personal training sessions weekly, ensuring a fun, engaging, and safe environment for clients.
Track client progress and keep them accountable.
Provide detailed session updates and client notes to enhance their experience and success.

Community Engagement

Attend at least one Spurling event per quarter to foster relationships and strengthen community connections.

Facility Maintenance and Client Support

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility by completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists.
Perform client reach-outs.

Team Collaboration

Attend team meetings and contribute to the team’s growth and success through open communication and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer or related credential.
At least 1 year of coaching or personal training experience.
Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and some weekends.
