Full Job Description

Our Branding and Merchandise company is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for Full Time Position. Hours will be 9AM-5:30PM

Our day to day operations would include assisting clients and providing basic information, routing calls and scheduling meetings, taking payments and providing bill payments, organization files and documents, updating reports, organizing front office, maintaining and ordering supplies and inventory. Our project should possess a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work meticulously to ensure all tasks are done accurately. Candidate should also have of 1 year of receptionist work.

This role involves regularly moving between the front office and storage areas to retrieve packages for customers and requires the ability to lift and carry boxes.

Skills

Strong computer/keyboarding, spelling, and communication skills required
Basic knowledge of Sales principles and experience is a plus
Proficiency of Microsoft Offie (Word, Excel)
Google E-mail & Docs
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate and work efficiently both independently and within a team
Ability to organize work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
Human Resource services experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative in previous roles

Duties

Updates and requests and forwards client inquiries to sales team
Collects payments
Submits bill payments
Provides any necessary information to prospective and current clients
Schedule appointments or meetings in an accurate and timely manner
Maintaining a clean and organized front office
Update showroom pieces
Lead all organizational and administrative process efforts
Work with Sales, Art and Production department seamlessly
Build rapport and maintain assist in open communication between clients and team.
Assist with clerical duties including, faxing, printing, coping, etc.
Other general office duties as assigned
Compensation may be based on experience and proficiency

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Experience:

Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
Sales Support: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
