Job Description

Nonius US specializes in delivering technology solutions that enhance guest experiences and drive operational efficiency in the hospitality industry across the US and Canada. We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong background in hospitality technology to manage and grow our existing client relationships. This individual thrives on building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main point of contact. This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services, which drives recurring revenue and nurtures long-term partnerships.

The position will be based on our Orlando Office.

Key Responsibilities

Manages a defined key accounts portfolio (KAM):
Drive new sales, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio to meet and exceed sales targets.
Negotiate and renew product contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews (via calls, meetings, and visits) to monitor client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, proactively resolving issues and handling complaints to maintain trust.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
Implement the Sales Process:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Lead the sales process from proposal development and negotiation to deal closing and project kick-off.
Conduct post-sales evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
Provide monthly reports and sales forecasts to the Sales Director using internal sales tools.
Collaborate:
Participate in corporate and marketing events to represent Nonius and network within the industry.

Must Have

A bachelor's degree in Sales, Commerce, Management or a similar field.
1 year of experience in a sales or account management role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A proven track record of strong customer relationship management.
Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

Experience in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related fields.
Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
