Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Acquisitions Partner to source acquisition opportunities that expand the Thomas Lynne Capital ecosystem.
This is not a salaried analyst role.
This is a deal-driven opportunity for someone who wants to participate directly in transactions, growth, and upside.
This role starts part-time and is designed to evolve into a full-time leadership position as deal volume increases.
Types of Deals You Will Source
We are not limited to one asset class. We acquire opportunities that increase enterprise value, recurring revenue, or strategic advantage, including:
- Real estate portfolios
- Property management companies
- Brokerages
- Service businesses
- Vendor companies
- Lead generation companies
- Data companies
- Media platforms
- SaaS tools
- Investment platforms
- Distressed businesses
- Companies with recurring revenue
- Off-market opportunities
If it creates value for the platform — we look at it.
Key Responsibilities
- Source acquisition opportunities through networking, outreach, research, and industry relationships
- Build relationships with owners, brokers, founders, and intermediaries
- Identify undervalued or strategic acquisition targets
- Pre-screen deals before submission
- Present opportunities to leadership
- Assist with due diligence coordination
- Track opportunities in pipeline
- Maintain consistent deal flow

Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based role designed for entrepreneurial professionals.
Compensation includes:
- Deal participation compensation
- Acquisition fee participation
- Transaction-based bonuses
- Equity participation in sourced deals
- Long-term incentive opportunities
No cap on earnings.
You are rewarded when deals close.
Growth Opportunity
This position is intentionally structured as:
Part-time → Full-time leadership track
