Minuteman Press of Malden and Burlington is seeking a dependable, hard-working team member to join print and marketing company. This position is a combination of delivery driving, production support, bindery/finishing work, and general shop assistance for our Malden and Burlington locations.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is comfortable working with machinery, and takes pride in being reliable and detail-oriented.
The role involves making deliveries throughout the Greater Boston area and north of Boston, while also assisting with day-to-day production and shop operations. This position will be responsible for assisting in the binding and finishing processes as well as making local deliveries as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to support the overall operations of our print production and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Deliver printed materials and marketing products to customers throughout the Greater Boston area, including Boston, Malden, Burlington, Billerica, and surrounding communities
- Safely load, unload, and transport printed materials and boxes
- Assist with print production and bindery operations including:
- Cutting
- Folding
- Coil binding
- Packaging
- Laminating
- Wide format finishing
- Operate production and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness of both shops
- Assist team members with production workflow and shop support tasks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspect incoming materials, ensuring they meet specifications.
- Occasionally help with customer pickups and basic customer service
Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Clean driving record required
- Comfortable driving in and around Boston traffic
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move 50+ pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- This is a Full Time position. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in printing, bindery, sign production, or manufacturing
- Graphic design experience a plus
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- Prior delivery experience a plus
