```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Patrolman to join our team for a client site in Haverhill, MA. The Patrolman will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by conducting patrols, enforcing laws and regulations, and responding to incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Security, law enforcement or military experience, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
```Duties```
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets
- Respond to emergency situations such as disturbances, or medical emergencies
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect and prevent criminal activity
- Provide assistance to the public by answering questions, providing directions, or offering support during emergencies
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to coordinate efforts and share information
- Perform loss prevention duties to minimize theft or damage to property
- Administer first aid or CPR when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of activities and incidents
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, practices, and regulations
- Military experience is highly desirable
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively handle conflict situations
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills

Monday - Thursday: Day / Evening / Night Shifts
Friday - Sunday: Day / Evening / Night Shifts

Day Tour - 0700 - 1500
Evening Shift - 1500 - 2300
Night Watch - 2300 - 0700

Step 1 - Employment Application
Step 2 - Interview (Virtual & In-Person)
Step 3 - Background Investigation
Step 4 - Psychological Assessments (online, 40 minutes)
Step 5 - Conditional Offer of Employment
Upon receiving a Conditional Offer, the candidate will be placed into a Basic Training Program, which they must attend and pass before moving onto a Field Training Program at their assigned site.
