As our Central European Market Specialist, you’ll be the voice of NCL. You’ll dive into leads, chat with future travelers, and help them find their dream cruise. This isn't just "selling"—it's matching people with the perfect sunset, the best stateroom, and the ultimate getaway.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make Waves: Initiate calls to direct consumers across Central Europe to identify their travel vibes and recommend the perfect NCL products.
- Build Your Fan Base: Forge real connections with guests, keeping them coming back for more by providing world-class service.
- Be the Expert: Stay ahead of the curve on our fleet, itineraries, and the coolest onboard perks (stateroom upgrades, anyone?).
- Track the Trends: Keep your contact list organized to spot travel patterns and proactively offer guests exactly what they’re looking for.
- Join the Huddle: Participate in daily team meetings and sales training to sharpen your skills and stay at the top of your game.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Lingo: You are fluent in both Dutch and English (verbal and written).
- The Vibe: You thrive in high-energy, goal-driven environments and love a good challenge.
- The Look: You’re ready to rock our professional, strictly enforced dress code.
- The Knowledge: High School Diploma required (Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business? Even better!).
- The Experience: At least a year of sales experience is a big plus—if you’ve sold cruises before, you’re already ahead of the pack!
The Perks & PayGet ready for a serious payday! You’ll start with a base of $26,000, but here’s the kicker: we offer uncapped commissions.
- Most of our team earns between $80k and $120k+ annually.
