Spa Front Desk Receptionist

Join the team at Quapaw Baths & Spa!

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Spa Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in ensuring each visit runs smoothly from check-in to checkout.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with questions and reservations.
Schedule, modify, and manage appointments using Meevo spa management software.
Check guests in and out while processing payments accurately.
Recommend spa services, retail products, and memberships when appropriate.
Coordinate appointments to maximize therapist schedules and guest satisfaction.
Respond to guest concerns professionally and work to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and appointment notes.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the day.
Work closely with therapists, bath attendants, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with opening and closing front desk procedures.
Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Employees will have alternating weekdays off each week according to the department schedule.

What We're Looking For

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Experience with Meevo is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods.
