Driven by our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a FileMaker Analyst to join our Enterprise Application Support team.
The Data Analyst will support the Enterprise Applications team in the monitoring, support, and maintenance of multiple databases, ensuring high‑quality data and reliable operations for our internal and external stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with enterprise applications staff, management, and external clients to monitor, support, and maintain data quality across multiple databases.

Handle low‑level tasks such as file transfers, basic data cleanup, and routine database housekeeping.

Download client files from web portals and manage SFTP site interactions.

Cover support duties, including first‑line assistance and escalation of more complex issues.

Upload, download, import, and export large data files.

Analyze and identify simple and complex problems with software and/or client data.

Maintain complete documentation on all processes and procedures.

Responsible for data quality control and management.

Minimum of one year’s experience with importing and processing data at a high level.

At least 3 years of database programming experience preferred.

Claris FileMaker experience highly preferred.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Demonstrated analytical problem‑solving skills.

Comfortable with Windows 10/11.

Effective oral and written communication skills with mastery of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment (copy machine, fax, printer, scanner).

Strong internet research skills.

Ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to adapt quickly when urgent matters arise.
