Full Job Description

Appointment Setter — $20/hr | First Hit Marketing | Remote

About the role

We are a digital marketing agency that works exclusively with contractors — tree services, excavation companies, land clearing crews, and similar trades. We generate inbound interest through targeted outreach and need someone who can call those leads back fast, have a real conversation, and book them for a 15-minute call with our team.

This is not a closing role. You are not selling a contract. You are getting a contractor on a call with our senior analyst — that is the whole job.

What you will do

— Call leads who have already responded to our outreach

— Follow a proven script and rebuttal sheet we provide and train you on

— Book appointments into our calendar system (Go High Level)

— Log notes on every call

— Send follow-up texts to leads who did not answer

— Hit a daily call and booking target

What we are looking for

— You talk to people like a normal human, not a telemarketer

— You do not give up after one no

— You can follow a script and make it sound like you

— You are comfortable on the phone for several hours a day

— You show up on time and hit your numbers consistently

— Experience on the phone is a plus, not a requirement — we will train the right person

What we offer
