Position Summary & Impact
Reporting directly to the President/CEO of Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services, you will be the driving force behind MI Nursing/Restorative Center daily operations (memory care, long term care, short term rehabilitation) and strategic success.
- Operational Leadership: Direct overall facility operations and collaborate on cutting-edge policies across all departments.
- Quality Care Champion: Provide inspiring leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional, resident-centered care.
- Regulatory & Financial Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, quality indicators, state survey processes, and budget compliance.
- Community Engagement: Serve as a responsive, customer-service-oriented leader for residents, families, employees, vendors, and the broader public.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain rigorous accountability for all Federal, State, and local standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive management experience in a healthcare environment, with at least 5+ years as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Licensure: Active Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license required.
