Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced Litigation Department. The ideal candidate has strong civil litigation, legal administration, calendar management, and NH Court system experience.
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- 5+ years of law firm experience supporting multiple Litigation Attorneys
- Strong civil litigation support experience
- Knowledge of NH Court filing processes and requirements
- Experience managing attorney calendars and deadlines
- Excellent organization, proofreading, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
- NetDocuments/NetDocs and SurePoint experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple Litigation Attorneys with daily case needs
- Open, close, organize, and maintain electronic and paper files
- Prepare documents, correspondence, filings, and document productions
- Manage calendars, deadlines, client communications, and scheduling
- Proofread, transcribe, scan, file, mail, and perform general legal administrative tasks
Salary & Benefits
- $60,000–$75,000/year
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
