Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and referral partners
Guide borrowers from application through closing
Recommend mortgage solutions that best fit each client's financial goals
Maintain a strong pipeline of purchase and refinance business
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and operations for efficient closings
Build and mentor future Loan Officers as your business grows

Qualifications

Active Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) License Required
Previous mortgage origination experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
Working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, and HELOC loan products
Passion for helping families achieve homeownership while building a successful business
