Pos. 1: Part-Time (approx 23 hrs/week)

Tuesday & Thur 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Night)
Sat 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM (Day)
Every Other Sunday 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM (Day)

Pos. 2: Part-Time (approx 18 hrs/week)

Fri 9:15 AM – 5:00 PM (Day)
Sat 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM (Day)
Every Other Sunday 10 AM - 3 PM (Day)

Compensation:
Starting at $15–$16 per hour, based on experience in guest services or salon front desk roles.

Welcoming guests and setting the tone for an amazing visit
Answering calls, emails, and questions with confidence and warmth
Scheduling appointments accurately in our salon & spa software
Checking guests out for services and retail purchases
Helping guests with services, products, and general questions
Solving small problems before they become big ones
Keeping guest information updated and organized
Routing calls and following up when needed
Supporting the team so the entire experience feels seamless
