$45–$52/hour | Guaranteed pay for full scheduled clinic shift | 2–4 days/week

We are a growing pediatric private practice in Amherst, NH seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our small, collaborative team.

SLPs are paid for their full scheduled clinic shift—including client cancellations and no-shows. We want our clinicians focused on providing excellent therapy, collaborating with families, and developing professionally—not worrying about whether a cancellation just reduced their paycheck.

This is a part-time, clinic-based position offering 2–4 days per week, with flexibility to create a consistent schedule that works for both the clinician and the practice.

About the Role

You will provide individualized speech and language services to pediatric clients in our Amherst clinic, including evaluations, treatment planning, therapy, documentation, parent education, and collaboration with families and other professionals.

Our clinicians work with a varied pediatric caseload and have opportunities to develop or expand skills in specialty areas such as feeding, myofunctional therapy, Gestalt Language Processing, and parent coaching.

SLPs also work collaboratively with SLPAs as part of our clinical team.

We are looking for an SLP who values excellent clinical care and enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team where people communicate, help one another, and contribute to creating a positive workplace.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients
Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate and collaborate with parents and caregivers
Collaborate with fellow clinicians and other professionals when appropriate
Collaborate with and provide clinical supervision to SLPAs as assigned
Participate as an engaged member of our small clinical team

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current New Hampshire SLP license or eligibility for NH licensure
CCC-SLP preferred
Pediatric experience preferred; clinicians with a strong interest in pediatric private practice are also encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and collaborative
Commitment to individualized, family-centered pediatric care

Schedule

Part-time: 2–4 days per week

We are particularly interested in candidates looking for a consistent part-time schedule and are happy to discuss scheduling needs during the interview process.

Compensation

$45.00–$52.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

This is guaranteed hourly compensation for scheduled clinic hours, rather than compensation limited to completed billable visits.
