Territory Sales Manager – Licensed Cannabis Wholesale

Outcast Acres Farm | New York State (Field-Based) | Full-Time

This isn't an entry-level sales job, and it isn't a cold-start territory.

Outcast Acres Farm is looking for a proven sales professional to take ownership of an established book of business while expanding our footprint across New York State. You'll inherit active dispensary accounts with repeat purchasing history, receive warm introductions from the outgoing representative, and have the freedom to grow the territory your way.

We're a vertically integrated, licensed New York cannabis cultivator, processor, and distributor producing premium solventless concentrates, prerolls, and vape products that retailers continue to reorder. Our job is to build products people ask for. Your job is to make sure every dispensary in New York knows why they should carry them.

We don't micromanage. We don't count hours. We measure results. If you can sell, you'll have every opportunity to build a six-figure income here.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of an established portfolio of dispensary accounts throughout New York.
Develop new business across the NYC Metro, Hudson Valley, Capital Region, and other growth markets.
Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and presentations to closing, reorders, collections, and long-term account management.
Build lasting relationships with dispensary owners, buyers, and managers.
Work within LeafLink and Distru to quote, enter, and manage orders.
Track your pipeline, sales activity, close rates, and reorder performance.
Work closely with ownership and production to ensure customers receive exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

A proven outside sales professional with a history of exceeding sales goals.
Cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required. Strong CPG, beverage, wine & spirits, or other relationship-driven wholesale sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Existing relationships with New York dispensary buyers are a significant advantage.
Comfortable traveling extensively throughout New York State.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing your own territory without constant supervision.
Experience with LeafLink is preferred. Distru experience is a plus.
You understand that great sales aren't finished until the customer pays the invoice.
Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and meet all New York cannabis industry employment requirements.

Compensation

Base salary plus uncapped tiered commissions — with growth-zone rates up to 9% of collected revenue that reward new business over routine reorders.
High performers should expect to earn well into six figures.
Bonuses for opening new dispensary accounts, expanding product placement, and hitting monthly revenue milestones.
Company-paid travel expenses for approved business travel.
Clear opportunities for advancement as we continue expanding throughout New York — the rep who scales this territory gets first shot at leading the sales team.
