Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving drinks, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service in compliance with local laws.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during events such as banquets or special occasions.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic math skills for processing payments.
Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and food safety practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or banquet setting is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus.
Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and manage tabs effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices within the food service industry.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters a welcoming atmosphere.
