Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will assist with a wide range of legal matters, providing essential support to senior attorneys and clients alike. Your proactive approach and strong research skills will contribute to the successful handling of Estate Planning cases . This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise while making a meaningful impact through diligent advocacy and comprehensive case management.

Duties

Assist the president and founder of the firm in all aspects of his role including traveling to local offices and meeting clients..
Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide updates, and clarify legal procedures.
Assist in client meetings and document signing meetings.
Research various developments in practice management software and report your findings to the leadership team.
Assist clients with funding trusts.
Manage legal case files using case management software to ensure accuracy and timely updates
Participate in procedural law research and statutory legal research to ensure compliance with current regulations and statutes

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to the state bar or eligibility for admission within a specified timeframe
Proven experience or internship in a law office setting demonstrating familiarity with legal procedures and case management
Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms
Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
