Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily outbound warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and other general warehouse duties to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries. The Warehouse Associate also supports receiving activities and inventory control functions, including product receiving, cycle counts, returns processing, lot tracking, discrepancy resolution, and physical inventory coordination. This role helps maintain accurate inventory records while contributing to efficient warehouse operations and excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pull products from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Apply RX labels to products as required to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Package products carefully for shipment to customers.
- Label and stock shelves with newly received inventory.
- Prepare and load LTL shipments.

Generate accurate invoices for customer shipments.

Track shipments and packages with shipping carriers as needed.

Pull and pack store and customer carryout orders.
- Unload, break down, and sort inbound shipments accurately and efficiently.

Verify incoming products against packing slips and purchase orders.

Receive inventory into the ERP system and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.

Perform routine cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Assist with Return of Goods (ROG) processes.

Process customer and vendor returns.

Maintain accurate lot number tracking and product traceability.

Assist with product layout and warehouse organization.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately in the warehouse management system.
- Locate, organize, and store inventory to maximize warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
- Assist with unloading incoming trucks and shipments.

Support LEAN and housekeeping initiatives including dusting, sweeping, organizing materials, assembling cooler boxes, snow removal and preparing ice packs.
- Deliver products to customers using company cargo vehicles and box trucks as needed.

Assist other warehouse departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
The employee must have demonstrated experience and/or education as outlined below in order to satisfactorily perform the essential job duties and responsibilities. Qualifications may include, but are not limited, to:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

More than three years’ work experience in shipping/warehouse environment required.

Forklift driving experience required.

Farm experience and animal health knowledge a plus.

Attention to detail, works efficiently, and has great attendance.

Proficient math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, common fractions and decimals).

- Proficient skills in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

This position may require employee to operate Company provided vehicle to conduct work-related business and therefore requires a valid drivers license, clean DMV record and current vehicle registration.
