Location: In Office, New Orleans Suburb – Mandeville, LA

We’re looking for a versatile, sharp, and strategic Associate Political Creative Director who can help craft language and concepts that build trust with stakeholders and voters, and drives measurable action.

What You’ll Do:

Write clear, engaging copy for a wide range of public affairs clients
Develop messaging for websites, ad campaigns, video scripts, digital ads, email blasts, brochures, and more
Tailor tone, structure, and strategy to fit each unique brand or candidate voice
Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and digital teams to ensure message alignment
Support rapid response needs
Edit and refine drafts for accuracy, clarity, and punch

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of professional copywriting experience (agency, political, or in-house)
Strong portfolio showing a mix of marketing work
Excellent grasp of tone, narrative, structure, and audience targeting
Ability to work quickly under deadlines without sacrificing quality
Comfort with conservative, free-market messaging
Experience with digital marketing, branding, or campaign communications is a big plus
Familiarity with AP style and political compliance language

Bonus If You Have:

Background writing for Republican campaigns, PACs, or advocacy groups
Experience with corporate communications, especially in regulated or reputation-sensitive industries
