Full Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), Preferred Partners at Netchex, you’ll lead executive-level outbound activity focused on our Preferred Partner channel; engaging VP- and C-suite-level decision-makers at Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands, franchise groups, and other strategic partner organizations. Working closely with Account Executives and Partner Managers, you’ll open doors at the executive level, build credibility around Netchex’s payroll and HCM solutions, and turn strategic partner relationships into a qualified pipeline.

You’re not just setting meetings, you’re building executive relationships that turn Preferred Partners into long-term Netchex customers.

This is a remote position. Candidates must currently reside in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. This role does not offer visa sponsorship, and candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Lead executive-level outbound outreach (VP, C-suite, and Director) to decision-makers within Preferred Partner organizations and QSR brands
Actively and aggressively seek out new Preferred Partner opportunities through outbound calls, email, and social outreach targeted at senior stakeholders
Partner with Account Executives and Partner Managers to identify key executive contacts, research partner opportunities, and coordinate outreach strategies
Leverage AI capabilities in ways of working
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual activity quotas
Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Represent Netchex at industry events, QSR/franchise conferences, and partner events as needed
Be the kind of teammate people want to work with — bring the energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine investment in the team's success, not just your own quota

What We Are Looking For

2-3 years of B2B sales experience; payroll or HCM experience strongly preferred
Experience with or familiarity with the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry strongly preferred
Confident engaging with senior executives (VP/C-suite level) and comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
Comfortable using or eager to learn AI tools to enhance prospecting, craft sharper messaging, and identify opportunities faster than the competition
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the polish and credibility to engage executive-level stakeholders
Self-motivated with high energy and a competitive drive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM tools preferred)
